Hachi builds a desert planet out of pure sound. The animation moves like sand in wind, fluid, relentless, never settling, while Miku's voice becomes the only thing that matters in a world designed to swallow everything else. A five-minute reminder that music video craft is its own medium, not a commercial byproduct.

Suna no Wakusei is a one-episode music video set to the song of the same name by Kenshi Yonezu, who also releases music as Hachi, with Hatsune Miku singing the track. Minakata Laboratory produced the animation. The video also appears on the Hatsune Miku Magical Mirai 2017 album.
