Air Communication is a compilation film that recuts the eleven television episodes of Higashi no Eden into a single feature-length movie. Released in 2009, it condenses the original series into one sitting, carrying over a blend of action, mystery, sci-fi and thriller elements alongside comedy and romance. Viewers can use it to revisit the story of the television run, or to take in that story at film length.
