The eleven mischievous cats are back, and this time they are fleeing the local police chief when they hear that an enormous fish is close by, just waiting to be caught. They set off on a perilous quest to find it, and along the way they discover that the only way to reach their prize is by cooperating as a team. The 1986 fantasy film continues the story begun in Eleven Cats.
