A boy who sees the truth walks through a dying city where nothing makes sense anymore. The mysteries here aren't puzzles to solve, they're rifts in reality itself, each one pulling you deeper into something that doesn't have a clean answer. Mayuki stands alone because he's the only one willing to look at what's actually there instead of what he wants to see. The show moves slow and quiet, letting dread build in empty streets instead of rushing toward revelation. Most detective anime are about being smart enough to win. This one is about being brave enough to see.

Mayuki Hyuga is a young boy detective with an unusual gift: a special insight that lets him see the real truth hidden beneath events. In a forgotten town called the old capital of Tokyo, strange crimes keep occurring, one after another. These supernatural happenings defy understanding and fill the townspeople with fear. Mayuki alone refuses to be cowed by the evil behind them and sets out to confront it, using his power to expose what is really going on. The result is a mystery series with a science fiction slant, built around one boy's unique way of reaching the truth.
