SYNOPSIS
Menou Juuden is a delinquent girl with a secret: she's actually a plug-in android sent from the future to fix humanity's bad behavior through electric shock therapy. Her methods are crude, violent, and completely ridiculous, but they somehow work. The catch is that Menou herself is barely holding it together.
