Dokuro-chan operates on a logic that makes no sense until you stop expecting it to. She's sent to prevent a crime that hasn't happened yet by moving into his apartment and destroying him repeatedly with a spiked bat, then healing him with a chant. The show commits absolutely to this premise without irony or explanation, which means every escalation lands harder than it has any right to.

Sakura Kusakabe is an ordinary junior high student with an unusual problem: in the future, he will create a technology that stops women from aging past twelve, and God is not happy about it. Dokuro, an angel from the future, is sent to kill him. Instead she decides to spare him and keep him so constantly distracted that he never gets around to building his invention. The catch? Dokuro's methods are violent. She regularly beats Sakura to death with her spiked bat, Excalibolg, then brings him back to life with a nonsense magic chant. Because she is disobeying orders, another angel, Sabato, armed with an electric baton, arrives to finish the job. Caught between the two, Sakura has no hope of a peaceful life in this supernatural ecchi comedy.
