This is the cour where Fire Force stops teasing the apocalypse and actually detonates it, and David Production animates the end of the world like they've been saving budget for it since Shinra first flicked his heel and left afterimages. Arthur finally stops being a joke and becomes the most terrifying thing on screen, Excalibur cutting through delusion and physics at the same time. Benimaru's Matoi Nishiki still moves like nothing else in shonen, Sho's time-stopping fights read frame by frame, and Shinra's Rapid ramp-ups hit that specific pitch where you sit up without meaning to. The final arc goes big and weird, and yes, the devil-as-savior swing loses people. Ohkubo commits anyway. If you were the kid grinning at Shinra's nervous smile getting called sinister, this is where that smile gets to mean something.

Shinra and the firefighters of Company 8 stand at the edge of catastrophe. As chaos spreads across their world, they take up a last fight to stop a final blaze that threatens to end everything. The second half of the third season of Fire Force, adapted from Atsushi Ookubo's action shounen manga, mixes supernatural firefighting action with drama and science fiction as the story heads toward its climax.
