In 2104, the world has finally caught its breath after a terrible war. Peace seems within reach, but it is fragile. A criminal organization called Black Orchid has spread its power and activity around the globe, and its reach threatens to undo the newfound stability. To stop it, the major countries of the world form Storm Force, a unit whose mission is to bring Black Orchid down. The unit also goes by the code name Fire Storm.
