Toki steps into the ring against the legend his brothers have already become, and the show knows exactly what that weight costs him. Where Raoh conquered through brutality and Kenshiro survived through will, Toki's Hokuto Shinken becomes a curse dressed as a gift, a healing art in hands that were never meant to save the world. This is the chapter that asks what happens when the gentlest heir of three brothers has to prove he's strong enough to matter in a wasteland that only respects strength.

Toki, one of the brothers trained in the lethal martial art Hokuto Shinken, takes center stage in this action OVA. After Kenshiro was named successor, Toki chose to turn the art toward curing people, while Raoh set out to impose peace through sheer strength. Building on Toki's promise to Raoh, the story leads to the fated clash between the two brothers over succession to Hokuto Shinken. The OVA is a remake and the fourth installment of the new Fist of the North Star pentalogy, which spans three films and two OVAs.
