A clock tower maze, a villain obsessed with stopping time, and Mai and Saki just trying to get to a singing contest, the movie knows exactly what it is and doesn't overstay its welcome. The date-like moments between them feel earned, not forced, because the series already spent the time building their partnership into something real. This is a Precure film that respects the 50 minutes you're giving it, delivers the transformation and the fight, and gets out before the formula starts to show its seams.

Mai and Saki are heading to a singing competition when they cross paths with a stranger searching for the oldest clock in the city. What seems like a chance encounter becomes something far more sinister when this man turns out to serve Dark Fall. That clock is a doorway to the World of Clocks, and his goal is to halt time and bring about the end of the world. When time suddenly stops during the contest, the girls follow a group of spirits into that realm and face Sirloin, a Dark Fall warrior holding the Infinite Clock captive. As Pretty Cure, and with help from the clock spirits, they must break out of his flawless maze and get time moving again, if they can first settle a quarrel between the two of them. The film is set during the second half of the Splash Star TV series.
