Tinny is a dog who wears a balloon, and his companions float along with balloons of their own. Together the group travels through a kingdom perched high among the clouds, exploring it side by side. This second season of the short-format adventure series returns to the balloon-wearing pup and his friends for 26 more episodes of airborne exploration.
