The Mihama girls are soldiers now, and the show doesn't pretend that's anything other than what it is. No philosophizing about whether they should be fighting. No redemption arcs that let you off the hook for watching children execute operations the military won't touch. You're either committed to following them into the dark or you're not.

Set several years after The Fruit of Grisaia, Mihama Academy is no longer a refuge for young girls. It has become a SORD training school that develops talent for national defense. Rena and Maki handle firearms, Tohka and Gumi are snipers, Chris covers explosives and data processing, and Murasaki works intelligence operations as a trained ninja. As a team, they take on cases too complicated for the police or the Self-Defense Forces and face one perilous mission after another. Expect a bloody, gunfire-heavy action series.
