Tomohiro Izumi is known, to himself and to everyone around him, as an introvert who spends his days quietly in his corner of the classroom. At the end of June, the academy holds a sudden lottery to choose its next student council president, and his absurd luck makes him the one picked. With all eyes now on him, rumors start to spread. Seeing no way out, Tomohiro turns to his advisor for help finding allies. The trouble is that none of the suggested candidates, including his classmate Kano, his underclassman Asumi and his little sister Hiyori, even come to campus. To add to the chaos, Shio, the former president nobody could ever reach, shows up. The anime centers on the five girls in a youth comedy with romance, offering stories the original visual novel never showed, set while the protagonist is absent.
