A guy's secret job drawing horny manga gets exposed by the student council president, and instead of blackmail he gets recruited into the worst possible place to hide it. The comedy lives in that collision: he's frantically trying to keep his reputation while surrounded by people actively discovering what he does. It's a short that knows exactly what it is and doesn't apologize for the premise, just milks it for every awkward laugh.

Kouki Narumi juggles a double life as an ordinary high school student and a secret manga artist drawing provocative romantic comedies for weekly publication. Only his younger sister Toa and best friend Mihiro know the truth, but his cover shatters when student council president Kaoruko discovers his real identity while recruiting new members. Facing blackmail, Kouki reluctantly agrees to join the council to keep his embarrassing work under wraps. The arrangement immediately creates friction, since vice president Ashe R. Sakuragi firmly objects to his membership. Meanwhile, requests and problems from the student body keep stacking up at the council's door. At Ousui Academy, the girls of the council, including the otaku Kaoruko, the headstrong Ashe, the quiet programmer Toa and the mischievous Mihiro, all have feelings for Kouki. Their antics make for a short-form comedy with plenty of ecchi mischief both on campus and around town.
