The Hana Ningyou Project, or Flower Doll Project, sets out to manufacture the perfect idol by artificial means, placing a special flower seed inside a person's body. The story centers on young men who give their lives over to the project and on how they grow within it. Based on the Hana-Doll* 2.5D idol franchise, this TV series adapts Flowering, the first season of its drama CD series, and mixes music with mystery and psychological drama.
