A poor girl refuses to back down from four untouchable boys and accidentally becomes the one thing their money can't buy. Makino Tsukushi comes from a poor family and only wants to get through her last two years at Eitoku Gakuen without drawing attention. That plan falls apart when she stands up for a friend against the F4, the four richest, most popular and most powerful boys at the school. In response they give her the red card, their way of declaring war on someone. Tsukushi does not let them beat her, and as she holds her ground she begins to fall for Hanazawa Rui, one of the F4 himself. Along the way she starts to realize there is more to the four boys than their image suggests. The TV series runs 51 episodes and mixes comedy, drama and romance.
