Kasuga Nozomi, a high school girl, runs into an odd boy on campus who hurls her through time and space into Kyou, another world that closely mirrors late Heian-era Kyoto. In this land, two clans are locked in war: the Genji, commanded by Minamoto no Yoritomo, and the Heike, commanded by Taira no Kiyomori. The Heike plan to gain the upper hand by setting loose vengeful spirits that throw the earth's flow of energy into chaos and frighten the people. Nozomi learns that the boy is Hakuryuu, the White Dragon God and protector of Kyou, appearing in human shape and sapped of strength by those spirits. Named his priestess, she joins the Genji, because he lacks the power to return her home until he recovers. This one-episode special is a fantasy adventure.
