SYNOPSIS
A mahjong tile materializes once every hundred years, and legend says the complete set grants any wish imaginable. When word spreads that a monster holds one of the legendary Pai, an absurd crew converges on the creature with wildly conflicting agendas. There's a dominatrix wielding dark magic, a pop star secretly yearning to return to her magical realm, a cyborg desperate to become human again, and a schoolgirl moonlighting as a superhero. A rabbit-shaped alien rounds out the chaos, determined to conquer Earth through "uniform" domination. Since negotiation is pointless and the tile can't be split, they do the only logical thing: they fight. Hard. What follows is controlled madness where supernatural abilities clash with sci-fi tech, comedy erupts between every punch, and the stakes somehow feel both ridiculous and urgent. The comedy lands when characters reveal their hidden depths mid-battle, and the action stays frantic without ever taking itself seriously. This is pure 90s OVA energy: absurd premise, no apologies, and maximum weirdness packed into minimal runtime.
