A one-shot OVA that somehow assembles five completely unhinged character archetypes, throws them at the same problem, and just lets them collide for 30 minutes without needing to justify why any of it works. The animation and character design punch way above what a forgotten mid-90s single episode should be capable of delivering. Everyone who finds this stumbles onto it by accident and then immediately tells someone else it exists, because it's the kind of weird that proves good taste isn't about prestige.
Once every hundred years, the ten legendary mahjong tiles known as the Pai surface in the world, and whoever gathers them all can have any wish granted. When a monster turns out to be holding one of the tiles, a very strange crew descends on it, each with her own agenda. There's a dominatrix who wields dark magic, a pop star who is secretly a witch hoping to go back to the magical world, a cyborg who longs to be human, and a schoolgirl leading a double life as a superhero. A rabbit-shaped alien completes the lineup, bent on bringing Earth under her uniform-themed rule. Since only one of them can claim the tile, the matter gets settled with a brawl. The result is a single-episode OVA mixing action, comedy, ecchi, fantasy and sci-fi, with magic and technology trading blows and gags breaking out between punches.
