Hinako invites her friend Hiyoko, a new face, to help train the viewer in physical health, and the two share a warm bath together. From the tub, Hinako leads the viewer through an exercise routine and offers advice on good bathing habits and keeping clean. Once they are out of the water, the pair moves on to a stretching session, with reminders about the value of staying limber. The single ecchi OVA with a sports focus includes a Stretch Time segment, and the DVD came with a microSD card so the episode could be watched on a cell phone.
