Song Wu is a loudmouth who loves to talk big. His favorite boast is that if he were Wu Song, he too could kill the tiger. Then a real tiger appears, and his confidence vanishes on the spot. Face to face with the beast, the braggart is frightened out of his wits. The result is a comedy film about the gap between tough talk and real danger.
