A guy with scissors and zero memory stumbles through a crime war he doesn't understand, solving problems by accident while cutting hair and cracking jokes that land harder than they should. Wu Liuqi is an amnesiac freelance assassin who looks dangerous on paper. He wields scissors with telekinetic skill and can transform into anything he likes. In practice he is hopeless at the job, regularly ruining hits or going after the wrong target, largely because he is an ordinary kid whose heart is too kind for killing. By day he cuts hair, and by night he takes contracts, both simply to pay down a debt. With his bird companion Dai Bo at his side, he hopes to recover his lost memories, and his odd jobs keep tying back to that search as he stumbles into a power struggle between rival factions. The mix of action, comedy, drama, mystery and romance plays his clumsiness for laughs while keeping the question of his past in view.
