Katsu Kaizou is a gullible seventeen-year-old who believes in aliens, ghosts, UFOs and conspiracies, and he is sure that everything happening around him is part of an alien scheme to conquer the world. He was once a pupil at the Genius Cram School, until his childhood friend Natori Umi accidentally hurt his head and left him an idiot. His wild ideas later caused an explosion that closed the school, and now that he is in high school, his old classmates want revenge. After joining the science club, Kaizou runs into log people, deadly sushi, ghosts, living dolls, robot invasions and much more. Each episode is a largely standalone, deeply strange gag comedy with a science fiction bent, adapted from Kouji Kumeta's manga.
