When she wakes after an unknown length of time, the facility is overgrown with thorns and monsters are on the attack. Most of those revived die in the chaos, but Kasumi and six others press on through the maze-like complex, searching for the truth about Medousa and what Venus Gate really intended. The film blends action, mystery and psychological sci-fi into a tense survival thriller.
