A single song about childhood summer, animated with the kind of quiet that makes you remember what that felt like. The music isn't trying to move you, it just does, Yukihiro Takahashi's composition sits inside you like a specific memory that isn't even yours. You watch this once and it stays, the way a perfect afternoon does.

Kodomo Dake no Natsu is a one-episode animated music video set to the song of the same name by Yukihiro Takahashi. The video was featured on Minna no Uta, a program on NHK.
