A mountain library where nothing happens becomes a place where you stop wanting anything to happen. Deep in the mountains, far from any town, stands Kokoro Library, home to three sisters: Iina, Aruto and Kokoro. They have taken on running it in place of their parents. The youngest, Kokoro, has always wanted to become a librarian at the library that shares her name, and she works hard to keep pace with her older sisters. The real challenge is simple yet daunting: who will actually come read here? With so few patrons, the sisters pass their days drinking tea, talking and reading. As more mysterious visitors begin to appear, Kokoro learns about the library's strange past, and small miracles seem to take root there. The result is a gentle slice of life story that mixes comedy and drama.
