Chihiro's tsundere act is so perfectly calibrated that watching him fail at basic Student Council tasks while insisting he's actually fine becomes its own comedy. The show knows the lottery setup is stupid and leans into it instead of pretending the premise matters. Chihiro Enomoto's first day at Rikkyouin High School takes an unexpected turn when he draws the lottery ticket for Student Council president.
