Kuruneko is a 2017 original net animation of ten episodes, adapted from a manga about cats that began life on a blog, written and drawn by Yamato Kuruneko. The story centers on a group of cats and the owner who looks after them, a person with a fondness for sake. It was one of eight titles offered through the smartphone streaming app Tate Anime, and later through Anime Beans.
