SYNOPSIS
Shirou's quiet summer in Minami Shimabara shifts when Akane arrives back from Tokyo, pulling him and their mutual friend Tokiya into a web of reunited tensions and unspoken feelings. The coastal city holds a heavy history, steeped in the violent echoes of the Shimabara Rebellion, and something about that weight lingers in the air. Then Goron appears. A strange, small creature that shouldn't exist, manifesting before the three friends without explanation. Its emergence cracks open something dormant in their hometown, unraveling supernatural events that pull at the fabric of their ordinary lives. As mysteries deepen around this impossible being, the trio must confront what it means that such a thing walked into their world now, of all times. Childhood bonds are tested against forces neither nostalgia nor distance can fully explain. The city becomes a character itself, a place where past traumas echo into present-day anomalies.
