A genius alien shows up to Earth with nothing to do but mess with people, and somehow that becomes the entire show's permission slip to do whatever it wants. Every episode pivots to a different joke structure, a different alien problem, a different way to waste time that actually works. It moves like Gintama because it understands that comedy doesn't need a story to earn your attention, just the right person making the wrong choice at the right moment.

Hundreds of aliens secretly live on Earth, some peaceful, some violent, some here for research and others for crime, and humans have no idea. Tokyo-born Yukitaka Tsutsui moves to Yamagata Prefecture on a baseball scholarship, only to find a stranger in his apartment wearing his clothes. The intruder is Baka Ki El Dogra, crown prince of the planet Dogra, who claims he crash-landed and has nowhere else to go. Counted among the smartest beings in the universe, the prince is also a notorious fool who happily inconveniences others for his own amusement, whether he is putting his subordinates through absurd tests or handing strange powers to random children. The result is a sci-fi comedy where nobody escapes his antics.
