Two characters trapped inside a story that keeps rewriting itself around them, desperately trying to break free from an author who won't let them leave. The comedy lands because the show treats the premise seriously: every genre shift, every tonal whiplash, every rule change is another cage closing in. The art style morphs with each chapter like the story itself is alive and hostile. By the final stretch it runs out of ideas and starts spinning its wheels, but by then you've already felt what it's like to be a character the author doesn't want to set free.

Fei Xingkong and Si Rui abruptly discover they are living inside a comic book that works like a cage, and all they want is to get back to the real world. The trouble is the "author", who holds complete power over their surroundings. As the story around them keeps shifting in ways they cannot predict, the pair have no choice but to run through it in search of a way out.
