SYNOPSIS
Yuki Ojima loves his comfortable life in the Food Research Club, where actual research takes a backseat to hanging out with friends and avoiding real work. That peace shatters when a determined student named Satsuki announces her campaign for Student Council president with a single goal: disband all underperforming clubs, starting with the FRC. Facing the end of his sanctuary, Yuki gets an unexpected proposition from the current Student Council president. The solution is absurd. Run for office yourself. With no political experience and zero ambition, Yuki becomes an unlikely candidate. His childhood friend Chisato, the FRC's chocolate-hating president, rallies the club members behind him. What unfolds is a chaotic student election where the stakes feel impossibly high for a high school campaign. As Yuki stumbles through rallies and speeches, he discovers something about himself and the people fighting beside him. Beneath the comedy of a reluctant underdog candidate lies genuine emotion about friendship, loyalty, and what it means to stand up for something that matters.
