The third season of the Luo Xiaohei Zhan Ji franchise brings back Luo Xiaohei, the little black cat who is really a supernatural being. Earlier entries set him between the human world and the spirit world, and in The Legend of Hei 2 he joined Luye to uncover a plot against both. This season is an ONA mixing action, adventure, comedy and the supernatural.
