A found family apartment comedy where a demon king's soul lives in the world's most harmless body, surrounded by a vampire who'd rather game than scheme. The animation is genuinely gorgeous for a four-minute ONA, and every character moment lands because the writing trusts you to care about these people without forcing it. Watch it all at once instead of weekly, or you'll miss why the chemistry between Nini and Ira becomes the emotional core of something that looks like a gag show.

A little demon named Nini, sweet and innocent, moves into Unit 1031 of the All Saints Street Apartment. None of his roommates is ordinary. Ira is a lazy, offbeat vampire who spends most of his days gaming or watching TV, Vladimir is a werewolf and a dancer with terrible luck, Lynn is the strict, old-fashioned angel landlord, and Lily is Lynn's naive younger sister. What none of them know is that Nini carries the dormant power of the demon king. With evil forces on his trail, Nini and his friends have to find a way to stop things from going wrong. The show is a supernatural slice-of-life comedy about a household of angels, demons and other beings sharing one apartment.
