SYNOPSIS
A scruffy apartment building becomes the unlikely sanctuary for supernatural misfits when a seemingly innocent little demon named Nini moves into Unit 1031. His new neighbors are a motley crew of magical beings: Ira, a vampire so glued to his gaming setup he barely acknowledges the outside world; Vladimir, a perpetually cursed werewolf whose bad luck extends to his dancing career; Lynn, the uptight angel landlord trying desperately to maintain order; and his earnest sister Lily, who has no idea how the world actually works. What makes this living situation complicated is the secret sleeping inside Nini himself: dormant power connected to an ancient demon king. As dark forces begin closing in on their building, these incompatible roommates must figure out whether they can actually function as a family.
