Goemon's honor code meets a man who exists outside the rules, and the movie stops pretending plot matters the moment they cross swords. Every frame of combat is hand-drawn precision, every cut designed to show you exactly how a sword moves through space and what it costs the body holding it. Blood isn't decoration here, it's the price of a code that no longer has a place in the world.

Goemon Ishikawa, a modern-day samurai, takes a job guarding a yakuza boss aboard his cruise ship casino. The job falls apart when a fearsomely powerful assassin called the Ghost of Bermuda turns up to kill Lupin, who happens to be robbing the same ship. When Goemon's employer dies in the chaos, his honor is on the line, and only blood can restore it. This adversary is unlike any other, though, and to set things right Goemon may have to hone himself as well as his sword. Lupin and Jigen lend him a hand along the way, in a film that pairs action and drama with comedy.
