A magical girl show that treats mecha combat like a sport commentary and plays the absurdity straight. The two episodes burn through more genre collisions than most full series dare attempt, swinging from sincere magical transformation sequences to robots arguing about tournament rules without breaking rhythm. This is what happens when creators stop asking "should we mix these genres" and start asking "what if we mix them at maximum speed." The pacing assumes you're already a fan of something and just wants to show you what happens when you throw everything at the wall. It's messy, it's dated, it's utterly committed to the bit.
Madou King Granzort: Saigo no Magical Taisen is a 1990 action and comedy and fantasy OVA.
