A single crayon drawing a world into existence, one gentle stroke at a time. The song isn't trying to be profound, it's just there, patient and warm, while the animation breathes alongside it. This is what comfort actually sounds like when someone bothers to animate it properly.

Mahou no Crayon is a single-episode music video made for the song of the same name by Yuu Aihara. The animated piece appeared on Minna no Uta, a program broadcast by NHK. It works as a musical short rather than a story-driven series, built around the track it was made to accompany.
