Three girls decide to become famous by literally making themselves the stars of a magical girl anime, so they're doing the cosplay, the transformation sequences, the stock footage, all of it, but real and unhinged. The joke isn't that magical girl tropes are dumb; it's watching three actual people commit to the bit so hard that they become the bit. This is a show about ambition, friendship, and the specific chaos of trying to build an audience when your business model is "we will be the magical girls now."

Urara, Hanabi, and Inaho are three girls who want to become characters known all over Japan by making an anime starring themselves. To win over viewers of every age, they settle on a magical girl theme and set out to air a one-cour show. The Ice Queen has plunged the land of Nariadia into endless winter, and Animaru picks the three middle schoolers to wield the power of Naria crystals and set things right. The girls care far more about poking fun at what goes on around them and making money as idols. When the Ice Queen's familiars show up, they use the Ice Mirror to lure the trio into silly skits. The result is a short comedy that plays with magical girl conventions.
