Nobody talks about this one. The shorts hit you with absurdist comedy that doesn't need setup, just a chibi wizard doing something impossible in fifteen seconds and moving on before you can catch your breath. The pacing is relentless but the atmosphere stays weird and quiet, like watching someone's fever dream on mute. There's no payoff structure, no character arcs to follow across episodes. You're just living in a space where magic exists and nothing about it makes sense, which somehow makes the jokes land harder. This is what happens when comedy stops asking permission to be strange.

Mahoutsukai Reimeiki Mini Anime is a set of twenty short chibi comedy episodes released through the official Twitter account for Mahoutsukai Reimeiki in 2022. The shorts are a lighthearted companion to the main series, drawn in a small, deformed style for quick laughs. The run also includes an extra episode made as a collaboration with Machikado Mazoku.
