SYNOPSIS
Sally is a spirited young witch who abandons her magical world after spotting a shimmering department store balloon that captures her imagination. Down on Earth, she encounters Sumire and Yoshiko, ordinary girls her age, and realizes she wants something more valuable than spellcasting: genuine friendship. Determined to belong, Sally decides to live among humans by concealing her true identity, bringing along Kabu, her loyal magical companion who must also maintain the ruse.
