Six delinquents get locked on a train that's already moving the moment they realize it's not a train at all. The chaos isn't plot, it's the entire point, and the movie knows the only thing funnier than six people with nothing to lose is six people with nothing to lose trapped somewhere they can't leave. This is what happens when you stop asking "what's the story" and start asking "what if we just let these characters break everything for ninety minutes straight."

Six delinquents are put to work cleaning a train as part of a community service program. The job turns chaotic when the train abruptly takes off with them still aboard. This theatrical version of Ginga Tokkyuu Milky☆Subway reworks the series for the big screen and adds new scenes, mixing adventure, comedy and science fiction as the reluctant crew is carried off on an unexpected ride.
