The charm is in how gently it treats both the passengers and the guardians, never winking at the camera, never apologizing for being exactly what it is.

Five stations on the Chuo Line have been turned into characters, each with his own personality. Zero Tokyo is the proud leader, Rintarou Shinjuku is a ladies' man, and Riku Nakano is an otaku with a love of ramen. Takuto Kichijouji pairs charm with a sharp tongue, while Lune Tachikawa is gentle but willing to take chances. This fantasy special runs about one minute and serves as an introduction. The project marks the first anime drawn from a title on Yomban, Bandai Visual's original content website, and its main release is a drama CD.
