SYNOPSIS
Mr. Black returns to duty when a dangerous escaped convict resurfaces in the city. The criminal underworld grows more complicated when a vengeful scientist enters the picture, harboring a dark grudge against those who wronged him. Together, the unlikely pair concocts a catastrophic scheme: they plan to round up innocent citizens and launch them into the void using an advanced space station called the Green Star.
