The movie takes everything brutal about being a fuck-up in your twenties and makes you laugh until it hurts. You watch six identical disasters stumble through a class reunion, see everyone else's lives actually happen, then wake up to a premise the show will never explain because it doesn't have to. The comedy isn't about the gimmick, it's about the specific weight of watching your peers move on while you're still exactly where you were, except now you're older.

Six brothers, the Matsuno sextuplets, go to their high school reunion and face an uncomfortable truth: everyone else has moved on. Their former classmates hold steady company jobs, and some have partners and children, while the brothers are still NEETs. Embarrassed, they head home, drink until they pass out, and wake up somewhere strange. They find themselves in a world made of memories, centered on one brother's biggest regret from high school. There they run into their awkward teenage selves and their old friends while trying to work out whose regret pulled them in, so they can get back to reality. The memory world is unstable, though, and time is short. The film mixes comedy with drama, fantasy and mystery.
