A human boy named Yuuma accidentally finds his way to Portriss Planet, a world where robots live in peace. That calm is broken by the sudden arrival of Dark Portriss, a dictator who wants limitless power and plans to get it with a cannon capable of destroying space and time. Only the Portriss Knights can stop him, and three of them set out with Yuuma, the lone human among them, on an adventure to change the world. The 2003 TV series runs 52 episodes and mixes action and science fiction with robot battles.
