The Kinshu Group returns for a third round of antics, starting with a night out at a karaoke bar where the gang's awful singing causes a commotion. They soon learn that the bar may be forced to close because of local hooligans, and they set out to save it in exchange for payment. Meanwhile, one member of the gang, despite being married, becomes far too involved with a woman. The single OVA mixes action with comedy as the crew's rowdy habits run up against the bar's trouble.
