Ninja Hattori-kun and Perman, two creations of Motoo Abiko, meet in this 1984 crossover adventure film. The heroes of both series are pulled into a war of psychic powers after they come to the aid of Yuri, a girl with ESP. Her homeland was destroyed by a wicked psychic who hopes to capture every psychic in existence and turn them into tools for ruling the world. The movie was first shown on a double bill alongside Doraemon: Nobita no Makai Daibouken.
