Cartoonist Li Ha needs to reach Earth for an interview during the interstellar Spring Festival rush, when tickets are scarce, so he ends up in a space taxi whose door will not even shut. A string of odd accidents on the trip leaves him, within a single day, married to a wife he adores and father to two children. His new household is made up of Damei, a wife who roams the galaxy, her daughter Nana, a girl with an iron fist, and Xiaodang, a robot. His relatives turn out to be secret interstellar agents who keep picking fights with alien oddballs and dragging everyone into one crisis after another, and his adoptive father Li Dalong starts to appear as well.
