About a century after Otome Yamabuki, his first wife, disappeared, Rihan Nura has pulled himself together and his life is back to normal. As head of the Nura Clan, he works to build a world where humans and yokai live in harmony. When he notices Setsura is upset, he takes the clan on a hot spring trip to cheer her up. There, Setsura decides to tell Rihan that she once met Otome after Otome left him, and that Otome left a message for him. The two-episode OVA is a supernatural action story based on Hiroshi Shiibashi's manga.
