A ten-year-old girl has to choose between saving the world and saving the person she loves most. Nurse Angel doesn't soften that choice with magical logic or convenient answers. The Flower of Life isn't hidden in some distant dimension, it's in a place that makes her sacrifice real the moment she understands what needs to happen.
A cosmic darkness called Dark Joker has already consumed Queen Earth, and now it's turning its attention toward our world. Ririka, a ten-year-old girl, discovers she's been chosen to fight back. On her birthday, a new student gives her a gift holding the Nurse's Cap, which lets her transform into the legendary Nurse Angel. Ririka doesn't fight alone. Her childhood friend Seiya stands beside her, along with the mysterious Kanon, as she takes on a critical mission: finding the Flower of Life. This bloom once flourished across Earth, but it now lies somewhere no one expected. Locating it is the only way to stop Dark Joker and rid the universe of evil. The stakes rise as Ririka learns where the Flower is, and obtaining it forces her into the hardest decision of her life. The result is a magical girl drama that sets a young heroine against a threat of cosmic scale.
