An old man's ordinary day becomes the entire world. The song doesn't chase sentiment, it just watches him exist, and that's enough to break you. This is what comfort actually feels like: not escape, but permission to notice that someone's life, even the smallest one, matters.

Ojii-chan te Ii na is a single-episode music video made for the song of the same name by Mototsugu Jitou. The clip was featured on Minna no Uta, a program on NHK. As a music release, it is built around the song itself and presents it in animated form.
